Nate Schneider

As an Associate at Essex, Nate specializes in underwriting debt and equity transactions. Prior to joining Essex in 2021, Nate was an Underwriting Analyst on the HUD Multifamily Capital Markets Team at CBRE, closing $350 million in FHA-insured debt comprised of 2,400 units. Nate holds an MBA from the University of Colorado, where he spent a summer as an intern for Confluent Development. Nate has an undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Connecticut.
