Essex arranged a $28.0M acquisition loan for the purchase of the Campus at Waterview, a three-building 372,209 SF office property located in Centennial, Colorado. Essex worked on behalf of the buyer, Westside Investment Partners, to source the three-year, bridge loan with a prominent life insurance company.
