Kyle Rivera

As an Analyst at Essex, Kyle is responsible for supporting the Production Team in underwriting and closing Commercial Real Estate loans. Prior to joining Essex, Kyle gained diverse experience in brokerage and affordable housing development roles. He holds a Master’s in Real Estate from the University of Colorado and a BBA in Finance from Colorado Mesa University.
