Andrea provides transaction and marketing support for financings at Essex. She previously served as Operations Coordinator for CBRE’s U.S. Healthcare and Life Sciences Capital Markets investment sales team. Prior to that, Andrea served in marketing and transaction support roles on the institutional investment sales teams at Newmark Knight Frank and Holiday Fenoglio Fowler (HFF) in Denver. She has been involved in the marketing of more than $7.0 billion of medical office, office, retail and industrial transactions during her career in commercial real estate.
