Drew Drury

Drew Drury has over 7 years of Commercial Real Estate experience and joined Essex in 2025. As an Associate, Drew is responsible for underwriting debt and equity transactions and assisting in the loan marketing process.

Prior to joining Essex, Drew was an Associate at Quannah Partners, where he was involved in all aspects of the firm’s operations, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, asset management, and investor relations. He began his career at Lionstone Investments as part of the Capital Formation team, where he supported product development, capital raising, and investor relations efforts for institutional and retail investors, helping senior leadership raise over $2.5 billion in equity.

Drew earned a B.B.A. in finance with a concentration in real estate and an accounting minor from The University of Texas at Austin. Drew serves on the Emerging Leaders Board for Ace Scholarship and is an active member of NAIOP Developing Leaders.
