Jon Franklin has spent his entire career in residential/commercial real estate and property management. With a primary focus on corporate finance and financial planning and analysis, Jon has participated in numerous large transactions, including an IPO, a “go private” transaction, several portfolio/property refinances, and numerous acquisitions and dispositions. Jon currently serves as Essex’s Chief Financial Officer as of Summer 2025. Jon holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Lehigh University.
