Essex sourced a $75M bridge loan for Mountain View Corporate Center, a four-building, 461,438 SF office campus located in Broomfield, Colorado. Essex worked on behalf of the Sponsor, Westfield Company.

At the time of the loan closing, one of the buildings was vacant as Charter Communications and Samsung had recently vacated. The Sponsor planned to stabilize the vacant building, then sell the four buildings at once. The loan was comprised of an initial loan amount of $57M to pay down their existing mortgage, plus $18M for future funding for leasing and capital improvements.

The campus is situated on a unique elevated site providing unobstructed views of the Flatirons, Front Range and Rocky Mountains. Access to Mountain View Corporate Center is primarily provided via the Wadsworth Parkway and Highway 36 interchange which is less than one mile from the Property. Access to the Property’s surface parking areas is provided via multiple curb cuts along Airport Way.
